Dahibara Aludum dish originated from Cuttack district of the state Odisha. It's one type of vada Verity. It's a papular not only Cuttack but all India. Cuttack district all places available this dahibara Aludum dish.
 Besicaly it's prepared by soaking vada in light Dahi water which is tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves then adding Aludum and ghuguni and some cutting onion, cutting cucumber ,some dry snacks.
Making proses 
First Fried vadas put in water one night and again transferred to light Dahi water for soaking for 4 to 5 hours . Then vada is adding Aludum( potato curry)and ghuguni(pea curry ) , cutting onion some dry snacks, cutting cucumber and ready to eat.
