Banana flower : Delicious curry paste

 Banana is one of the most commonly used vegetables. The cone-shaped flowers are pale gray and light gray in color Kadali Bhanda( banana flower) is eaten as a delicacy in different places. It is as tasty as it is nutritious. Some people eat it as leaves, some as pulp, some as fritters and some as fried and some people eat making pakudi, curry,fry. I take out the hairs and plastic sticks of banana flowers and boil them in hot water to remove the water. Add cumin seeds, gourds, chillies, hot spices, tomatoes etc. to the paste and stir fried potatoes and banana flowers well fried in spices.
Now ready to eating.
