 Mudhi (Odia: ମୁଢ଼ି)

 A dish made of mud rice. It is also known as Bhuja. It is made by frying rice. It would not be an exaggeration to say that Mudhi is a staple food in Odisha.

Preparation method: -

                   Rice is first made from rice. The rice is then placed in salt water for a few hours and the pot is placed in the oven and thrown into the hot pot and fried and covered.

                                 Mudhi is the most popular food in Mayurbhanj district. Baripada mutton is famous all over Odisha.

 It is found in homes in Odisha. It is eaten as a breakfast in every breakfast shop in Odisha. There are many types of snacks available in different parts of Odisha. Such as: -
        Mutton
        Mudhiksar
        Blindfolded
        Slippery

 There are so many types it's hard to say.
