Sal leaf (odia:ଶାଳ ପତ୍ର)
Now I tell about sala leavs you know sala leavs. We are all know banana leaf because we are giving food banana leaf in South Indian people.
But some State like Odisha, jharkhand, chattisgarh and more states use sala leavs.
Some time we use fire in Desi chula for village people. Some time we served Verity types of food and fired cakes like chicken cake and etc.
Sala leavs are using to give dahibara Aludum dish, chicken bhata, motton bhata, simple Bhat and any festival, marriage, puja and etc.
